Saturday Dad invited us to join him and Donna, Mike and Lindsey downtown at Ameren headquarters for Ameren safety day. It was a big production... Lots of food and games, kind of like an outdoor science center. They had mini pole climbs for kids, demonstrations of trees hitting power lines, electricity displays (including a static ball like at the magic house). If Parker were a couple of years older he would have loved it... He still had a great day people watching until he fell asleep. He put his hat over his own face to block the sun and sleep... he was cracking us up...
